What am I going to do when the kids are grown and we don't have Christmas concerts to attend? It's become one of my favorite parts of Christmas. We are very lucky that our kids attend schools with fabulous music programs. Micaela loves singing in the Concert Choir (she's top right, below) and playing violin in the Elite Orchestra (not pictured).
Ben's high school puts on a Christmas Collage Concert every year with the band and the orchestra. It was so impressive that they were given a protracted standing ovation.
Every other year Ben and Micaela's violin teacher has a Christmas Concert.
She invites her former students to come and play. One of the numbers was played by returned missionaries. The three senior boys were invited to play with them and Ben was one of those (second from right, below).

Really, Micaela loves playing the violin. She needs to tell her face, though.
