While we were waiting for Luke to be born, Robbie and Micaela and I had a blast!
We ate lunch at McDonald's . . .
. . . and then we went to play at Kangaroo Zoo. Robbie wasn't so sure about Kangaroo Zoo at first, but once he warmed up to it, he went 100 mph. "Again. Again."
Micaela went on all the slides with him and after two hours she was exhausted and wondered how I could possibly have had six children.
After Kangaroo Zoo we played with play-doh and Barbies. Ken was the prince and three Barbies in ball gowns were the princesses.
When we took Robbie to the hospital to see his brand-new little brother I didn't know how he would respond.
He didn't want to let anyone else hold him. Already he is a great big brother.
Holding a brand-new child has got to be one of the most amazing experiences of a lifetime.
Proud Grandpa
Aunt Micaela loves her nephews!
Happy, happy family. Congratulations!
