Micaela had a great time performing in Valley Center Theater's production of
"Lend Me Your Mink":
"When mom and dad go out of town, all heck breaks. The teens try their hands at questionable entrepreneurship — which results in one problem after another."
It was her first role since grade school with speaking lines.
It kept her very busy.
One of the most challenging things about playing Marilyn Bates in "Lend Me Your Mink" was getting Micaela's hair to stay curled throughout the whole play.
"Hey, Shrimp, either hit it or pick it up."
"Are you accusing my brothers of stealing?"
"I left it in my room. I'll go get it."
"I gotta go to work in about an hour."

Loved her stage parents' southern accents.
