Robbie's fourth birthday was a highly anticipated day.
When you are three a birthday is pretty exciting, and each day waiting feels like an eternity.
His mom made him a beautiful doughnut cake.
His reaction to his bike was a bit different than his dad's was when he was a boy.
We gave presents first thing in the morning and we set Don's new bike by the breakfast table. Don got up, walked around the bike and sat down for breakfast. There was no expression of interest on his face. We asked him if he was excited to get a bike for his birthday (We knew that's what he wanted.) and he said yes and kept eating.
