We are not hung up on celebrating birthdays on the exact date. In fact, it's fun to spread the celebration out over a week or so. So we celebrated our March and April birthday boys' birthdays the Sunday before their birthdays.
The kids get to pick their favorite color of seven-minute frosting and Ryan has always chosen green.
We gave him a golf pass.
Robbie turned three this month. He would not blow out the candles.
He loves dragons.
When he went to see "How to Train Your Dragon" he said afterwards, "That was amazing!"
He has a backyard now - though no grass yet - so we got him a tee ball set.
Robbie loves the slide.
And he loves Moon Dust. Finally.......he was willing to put it away and watch Flight of Dragons.
This Rook game looks serious, but I just didn't capture all the bursts of laughter.
