We went to Bryce Canyon to go cross country skiing this year for Youth Conference. Bob was in charge of it, though I didn't know that until we actually got started on the trip. It's amazing how you can live with someone and not know something like that.

It was beautiful even with the fog.
We had a great time on this trip. Micaela and I went skiing the first day when the weather was more clear and we were able to see out into the canyon. It was so beautiful! I wish I had remembered to take my camera.
Some people prefer downhill skiing because it's more exciting (Duff, for one) but for me it was heaven--a peaceful, calming and meditative experience.
